Impact at a Glance

Situation: The Business Problem

BirthSafe Nigeria was running a paid $1 Masterclass campaign, capturing signups through Serlzo CRM. However, the lead pipeline was compromised by three critical issues:

  1. Webhook Delays: Serlzo webhooks were not firing in real time, causing significant lag between signup and follow-up.
  2. Data Corruption: Manual CSV exports were corrupting phone numbers into scientific notation (e.g., 2.34E+10), making them unsendable via SMS.
  3. Manual Nurture: No automated nurture existed—every follow-up required manual effort from the team.

Each hour of delay and every corrupted number posed a direct revenue risk for a product built on urgency, resulting in leads entering the pipeline and falling silent.
